The following was received from the Diocese on May 31st:

As a part of the world-wide and diocesan Synod on Synodality, St. Joseph Parish in Conway Springs will be hosting a Regional Synodal Experience on Saturday, June 4th from 9:30am-12pm. All parishioners and parishioners from surrounding parishes are invited to attend this event. A light meal will be served.

A synodal Church, in announcing the Gospel, “journeys together.” How is this “journeying together” happening today in your parish community? What steps does the Holy Spirit invite the Church to take in order to grow in our “journeying together”?

This will be a chance for you to have the opportunity to pray, reflect, and share your experiences with a small group. The fruit that will come from these discussions will be used to help our parishes and diocese become more aware of where the Holy Spirit is leading us and where we are being called to grow in Synodality.
