Two Masses will be celebrated at St. Martin’s in honor of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary: at 6:00 pm on Friday, August 14th and at 8:00 am on Saturday, August 15th. It’s only natural to honor our mothers, yet we honor Mary because she is our spiritual mother. Mary’s Assumption was the final earthly gift that God gave to her in light of her faithfulness to her God-given vocation.
